The NAPSUGÁR Residential Park is located in the northwestern part of Pápa, on Határ Street, which branches off from Celli Street, on a building plot with a floor area of 11,425 m2. The residential area is considered a quiet, family-friendly green residential area with high-quality, wide streets, safe sidewalks and clearly designed public areas.

The central heating and cooling systems of the residential buildings as well as the hot water preparation are ensured by new technologies. While others are satisfied with simple heat pump technology, we already use a cascade of heat pumps (monoblock technology) that is placed on the roof oft he buildings.

The electricity consumption of our system is negligible because we generate our own electricity. This is done by a photovoltaic system placed on the pitched roofs.

Underfloor heating is installed in all rooms of the apartments, and there is also electric heating with a towel dryer in the bathrooms. You can individually control the heating and cooling of your apartment with the programmable thermostat installed in the living room.

By using intensive thermal insulation, modern building technology and renewable energy sources, the ENERGY EFFICIENCY of the residential buildings in the NAPSUGÁR Residential Park has achieved an  A++-Level: that is almost PASSIVE HOUSE STANDARD!

The apartments are designed according to individual customer requirements and handed over in "TURNKEY-Condition": The apartment handed over in "TURNKEY" means it is technically fully finished and ready to move in. (Lights, furniture and household appliances as well as curtains with holders and interior doors without handles and locks)
